Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency currently serves as the hub for the citizens of Nashville, providing safe and affordable housing to thousands of families. Along with the expansion of its housing programs, MDHA has assisted throughout the years with land assembly, design and development. Also, fostering the initiation and completion of several downtown development projects during the decades of Nashville's growth.
